IT'S THE PUTTING BACK THAT COUNTS - 25th July Wellington
This workshop will examine the inter-relationships between operational, maintenance and renewal strategies for assets - in many ways the ‘heart’ of asset management. It will explore the different activities that make up each of these strategies, how best to define the boundaries between each strategy and how best to forecast and disclose the activities, both in a descriptive and financial sense.
The workshop will also tackle the vexed question of how best to record, disclose and communicate deferral of maintenance and deferral of renewals.
