This advanced seminar builds on the Introduction to Levels of Service seminar and looks at how to integrate levels of service into decision making. The seminar covers performance management frameworks, reviewing current levels of service, developing and costing levels of service options, decision making and organisational trade off's and consultation techniques. Good practice examples, workshops and forums will be used to illustrate the theory.
