ODM and Risk management are two of the more advanced asset management techniques. Based on the NAMS Optimised Decision Making guidelines this seminar will cover the key concepts of ODM including: defining the problem and the outcomes required, developing and short listing options, benefit /cost, predictive modelling and economic analysis and using software tools. Risk management as a process will be introduced under standard AS/NZS 4360:2004 including, risk identification, risk analysis and treatment.
