Advanced Levels of Service
Why is this course for you?
Many public sector organisations have spent the last few years coming to grips with the levels of service their stakeholders’ desire and how to define these in a meaningful way. The next step in the levels of service process is to integrate levels of service into organisational decision making. This part is somewhat trickier and requires a whole of organisation approach. This seminar will take attendees through a series of presentations, open forums, case studies and workshops with the outcome of being able to use levels of service as a decision making criteria at the project, activity and whole of organisation level.
On completion of the workshop attendees will:
· Have an overview of performance management frameworks
· Have a good understanding of how levels of service integrate into organisational decision making
· Be aware of the key issues to consider when developing and consulting on levels of service options
This practical one day workshop will ensure attendees can apply the principles of performance management and the NAMS Developing levels of service and performance measures guidelines to move their organisation towards advanced asset management.
