Brian Smith

Brian specialises in financial aspects of asset management and was the OAG rep on the NAMS steering committee for many years. He has been involved in the development of many NAMS Manuals and has presented for NAMS on many occasions. Brian is currently on the NAMS Board

Ian Greenwood

Ian has specialised in Asset Management for the past 16 years and was a co-author of the ODM Manual. He has international experience across a range of asset groups including recently leading the development of the Ontario Infrastructure Asset Management Framework in Canada

Kathy Dever-Tod

Kathy has 13 years experience in Local Authority asset management and has been involved in the delivery of the NAMS seminars and the development of guidelines for the last four years. She also has specialised experience in Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities, including the development and implementation of asset management plans. Kathy is the CEO of the NAMS Group 

John O'Brien

John has 20 years experience in property management, and is currently the Manager for Property Management at Auckland City Council. John developed the City’s first property asset management plan in 1997 and has continued to provide leadership in asset management planning for property since that time. John is a member of the Board of the NAMS Group and chaired the practitioner group that contributed to the development of the NAMS Property Manual. John’s firsthand experience managing a large and diverse publically owned property portfolio, and his wealth of industry knowledge, makes him an ideal presenter for this seminar

Lisa Roberts

Lisa has specialised in Infrastructure Management for 14 years. She has been a co-author of many of the NAMS Guidelines including the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM)

Phillip Jones

Phillip is a Charted Accountant who has specialised in finance and asset management for the last 16 years. Whilst at Western Bay of Plenty District Council, he was a lead member of the SOLGM Financial working party for 10 years, which was set up to provide advice and develop best practice in New Zealand for Financial Management. Phillip was also a member of the NAMS Steering Committee and has presented for NAMS and SOLGM on several occasions  

Richard Hollier

Richard has more than 20 years experience in all facets of recreation and community facilities management including the development of asset management plans. Richard is a co-author of several of the NAMS asset management guidelines and has presented for NAMS on numerous occasions

Ross Waugh

Ross in an asset management and systems integration specialist with over 25 years experience in local government asset management and engineering. Ross has been involved in many asset management industry initiatives and has presented on the Information Systems and Data Management topic on many occasions 

Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer has 10 years experience in asset management and systems integration. In particular, extensive practical experience with water network operation and mangement, contract management and water system processes
