We offer a formal review process for asset and activity plans. The advantages of a NAMS review is that we provide you with an independent review of both your plans and the organisation’s asset/activity management processes.
Our review process highlights the weaknesses and strengths of each asset plan and the organisations’ overall asset planning processes and identifies those improvements which will give you the best business gain. When needed, we engage industry experts to undertake parts of the review process using the standard review format, with all results reviewed and endorsed by NAMS.
